Date(s) and Time(s)

What tentative date(s) and time(s) are you interested in holding this program on? We are working towards building a calendar to formulate more consistency and reliability. For example: Every Monday and Thursday OR specific dates: 10/2/17, 10/4/17, 10/9/17, 10/11/17; etc. (If working with youth during the school year, afterschool hours or weekends would work best. For adults, be aware of normal work schedules as being M-F, 9-5 as well as commute time.)

Location

While we intend to host these programs onsite in the Xico studio, please feel free to list any other locations that would work better for you.

Is this a continuing course or a one-time class?

One of our main goals in advancing the organization is consistency with our programming.
